Marathon training begins June 7th. My first day I have to rest! Haha!

For every one of my other races, I’ve always followed some sort of Hal Higdon training schedule. The man is a genius. I’ve read his books, his website and religiously (sorta) followed his training programs.

He’s like 80 something years old and has run many many marathons. I don’t know how he does it.

Anyways, if anyone feels like joining me on any of my runs, please feel free! I always enjoy a little company!
