This Weekend: Change of plans. Adam and I decided to go to Devil’s Head Resort instead of Cascade in Wisconsin. It was fun, but a little disappointing. After spending a week in the mountains of Colorado over the holidays, Wisconsin just didn’t cut it. I’m by no means trying to be a ski snob, but we were just a little bummed out after we spent 10 minutes on the ski lift and only 30 seconds skiing down. Don’t get me wrong, Wisconsin is a great place to learn how to ski. I learned how to snowplow down the mountain at Cascade! It’s great! Needless to say, we lasted about 2.5 hours and decided to call it a day. We spent 6 hours in the car and 2.5 hours skiing. I can’t wait to live closer to the mountains! View high resolution
