Reliving my glory days at volleyball.
There’s something so humbling about mentally jumping as high as you used to in High School. The ball is set to me and I’m ready to smash it in front of the ten foot line only to realize that I am only 6 inches off the ground. Sigh…Time for some wall jumps!
